Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. High-volume orders (25+ units) may require up to 5 business days for quality re-verification and careful packing.

We ship via insured ground freight with major carriers. Typical transit is 2–6 business days depending on destination. Tracking numbers are uploaded to your dashboard and visible on the order page as soon as freight is booked.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on total units in your order: orders with fewer than 10 units pay a flat insured-freight rate; orders of 10 or more units ship free within our standard service area.

Devices are individually wrapped and cushioned. Bulk parcels are double-boxed with protective dividers. Sealed units ship in their original packaging inside protective outer cartons.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Some products cannot be shipped to certain jurisdictions; we will contact you if your order is affected.

Every parcel is insured. If a shipment arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can open a carrier claim and resolve it quickly.
