Terms of Sale

These terms govern all purchases made through the Resellers World storefront. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. Resellers World sells business-to-business; consumers should not use this store.

You must be at least 18 years old and lawfully able to enter contracts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

All prices are listed in USD. Volume tier pricing applies automatically based on quantity per SKU and is recalculated server-side at checkout; displayed prices may change between visits as stock rotates. An order is an offer to buy; a contract forms when we accept payment for the order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order (for example where stock, pricing or verification errors occur) with a full refund of amounts paid.

Orders require prepayment through our designated payment provider. Title in goods passes to you upon our dispatch of the order; risk passes on delivery to the shipping address provided.

Devices are sold per their listed grade (New/Sealed, Like New, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair) and carrier status. Grading describes cosmetic and functional condition at time of sale. Battery health minimums are stated per listing where applicable.

As the buyer you are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your resale of devices — including consumer protection rules, import/export controls, data protection when re-provisioning devices, and trademark use. Resellers World is an independent distributor and is not affiliated with Apple Inc.

Devices carry our DOA cover, not-as-described cover and return windows as described on our Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages arising from resale activity.
